Synopsis
Haimura Kiri is a seemingly ordinary boy with one slight problem: he is obsessed with cutting other people's hair. One day he meets Mushiyanokouji Iwai, the "Hair Queen" who cannot cut her hair because of an inherited curse. Kiri finds out that his scissor, "Dansai Bunri no Crime Edge" is the only thing that can cut them. But little did he know that their meeting sparked the start of an old murder game to kill the "Hair Queen" using the cursed killing tools, the "Killing Goods." The first episode was reaaaaalllly weird for me. It was so OUT there in terms of the main character having just this random urge to cut hair. This anime features cutting hair in almost like a sexual way. It is very weird. Also, like other animes, it has a tiny girl assassin and butt/panty shots. Because, hey, anime.
Other than that, the story line is a little interesting. I feel like it could have gone more gore-ridden or horror. It could have had a lot more happen inside of it and gone on to explore more about the history and all. However, it does seem like this may only be the first season. It really leaves a lot of room for a second or third season, so let's hope.
